Think of It as À La Carte Hardware Support.

T&M — Time and Materials — is exactly what it sounds like. You bring us a problem, we scope it, fix it, and bill for the time and parts used. No annual contract. No retainer. Just expert hands on your hardware when you need them.

It works for a lot of situations: a failed component that needs replacing, a migration that needs an extra set of skilled hands, a one-time installation, or a device that fell outside your existing support contract. If something broke and you need it handled, T&M is how we do it.
